Our furniture will arrive boxed via common carrier freight truck as a curbside delivery. Be advised, this does not mean an in home delivery. Freight carrier drivers are obligated to drop merchandise at your driveway. There must be someone at home to accept the delivery. Freight will not be left unattended. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery.
- It is vital that you inspect boxes/furniture for damages before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt.
- If furniture is damaged, please refuse the damaged pieces.
- Damages must be noted on the carrier’s receipt in order for a claim to be filed with the carrier.
Freight charges can be determined with the chart below. Any additional needs, such as in home delivery, may be arranged in advance by calling our store at 850.269.4666. Common Carrier trucking lines will not make deliveries on unpaved roads. Please call us about options for your delivery should the roads present an obstacle.
Sales Tax
We do not charge Sales Tax on orders shipped out of Florida. Since local and state laws will vary regarding sales tax on out of state purchases, it is up to the customer to report and purchases to the home state.
Zone 1: 5% of order total + $99
Zone 2: 8% of order total + $99 (Includes Florida Keys)
Zone 3: 9% of order total + $99
Zone 4: 10% of order total + $99
Zone 5: 11% of order total + $99
Rates apply to the total retail price of the items being shipped.
